    Shipping & Delivery

    Domestic Shipping:

    All orders within the United States include shipping via Federal Express. Customers are responsible for any shipping costs on all exchanges and refunds.

    International Shipping:

    International shipping costs are additional and calculated at the time of purchase. Customers are responsible for all duties, along with any shipping costs on all exchanges and refunds.

     

    Returns & Exchanges

    Return Policy:

    You may return any full-price Frank Clegg item within 15 days of the date you receive your order, provided the product is not used or worn in any way and that you have contacted Frank Clegg for a return authorization.

    All sales of monogrammed, personalized, or bespoke items, including exotic pieces, are final.

    At our sole discretion, Frank Clegg reserves the right to refuse the return or exchange of any merchandise that does not meet the requirements set forth under the terms and conditions of the Returns & Exchanges section.

    Please note that unless the return is the result of an error on our part, the original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

    Refund Policy: 

    Returns are typically processed within 10-14 business days of merchandise receipt. A confirmation email will be sent to you upon our receipt of the item(s). Refunds are issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.

    You may return any full-price item for refund within 15 days of the date you receive your order, provided the product is not used or worn in any way. Sale items or orders placed with a promotional discount may only be exchanged for another item or a credit.

    Return/Exchange Instructions:

    Please securely pack merchandise to be returned or exchanged in its original shipping box and packing materials. Completely fill out the return form and clearly affix the shipping label to your package. Returns or exchanges received without properly completed documentation will be refused.

    Gift Returns: 

    Gifts may be returned in exchange for another item or a gift certificate in the amount of the gift item’s original purchase price. Gift certificates are non-refundable.

     

  • Production Time  

    Most Frank Clegg products are handmade to order at our Fall River, Massachusetts, workshop. Due to the nature of this work, most bags require up to 2-4 weeks of production time. Personalized or bespoke products generally take longer to manufacture.

    While we attempt to keep many items in stock, Frank Clegg cannot guarantee the immediate availability of all our items due to high demand.

    You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed. When your product(s) have been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number.


  • Product Care

    Your Frank Clegg bag is crafted from exceptional leathers made especially for us. Your bag is built to last and over time will develop a unique and beautiful patina. Follow these simple care instructions to ensure a lifetime of enjoyment and adventure with your handmade Frank Clegg product.

    Leather Care:

     Never dry clean or machine wash your Frank Clegg bag.

     For surface dirt, simply wipe clean with a dry cloth.

     For minor scuffs, use Frank Clegg Leather Care Formula for cleaning and conditioning. Apply a small amount to a clean, dry cloth and rub gently into the leather, evenly coating a complete section or panel of the product in order to achieve a uniform result.

    Suede Care:

     Brush off any loose dirt with a soft suede brush.

  • Repairs

    Frank Clegg offers an in-house repair service for authentic Frank Clegg products that have been damaged or simply need a freshening up after years of service. Every bag is different and the attention required for each can vary widely. A cost estimate will provided to you after we receive and inspect your item and prior to any work commencing.
