We offer complimentary shipping via Federal Express on all orders over $250. International shipping costs for orders under $250 are calculated at checkout. RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY:
You may return any full-priced Frank Clegg item within 15 days of the date you receive your order, provided the product is not used or worn in any way, and that you have contacted Frank Clegg for a return authorization. All sales of bespoke items including monogrammed products and exotic pieces are considered final. At our sole discretion, Frank Clegg reserves the right to refuse the return or exchange of any merchandise that does not meet the requirements set forth under the terms and conditions of the Returns & Exchanges policy. Please note that unless the return is the result of an error on our part, the original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable. Gifts may be returned in exchange for another item or a gift certificate in the amount of the gift item’s original purchase price. Gift certificates are non-refundable.
REFUND POLICY:
You may return your product within 15 days of receiving your order. Refunds are applied to unused and full-priced items. Upon receipt of returned merchandise, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and are issued to the original form of payment method. All promotional and discounted products are non-refundable. Handmade from limited dark plum tumbled leather, this piece is a one of a kind version of the Frank Clegg Large Travel Kit. The bag is trimmed with black tumbled leather and lined with our signature Sunbrella. Our large travel kit is well-sized for all your needs, from brushes to shampoo. The interior includes a full zipper pocket to help keep smaller items at bay and closes with a solid brass Swiss Riri zipper.
