We offer complimentary shipping via Federal Express on all orders over $150 within the United States. For orders less than $150, there is a flat-rate charge of $10. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs pertaining to returns and exchanges.

We offer complimentary shipping via Federal Express on all orders over $250. International shipping costs for orders under $250 are calculated at checkout. RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY:
You may return any full-priced Frank Clegg item within 15 days of the date you receive your order, provided the product is not used or worn in any way, and that you have contacted Frank Clegg for a return authorization. All sales of bespoke items including monogrammed products and exotic pieces are considered final. At our sole discretion, Frank Clegg reserves the right to refuse the return or exchange of any merchandise that does not meet the requirements set forth under the terms and conditions of the Returns & Exchanges policy. Please note that unless the return is the result of an error on our part, the original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable. Gifts may be returned in exchange for another item or a gift certificate in the amount of the gift item’s original purchase price. Gift certificates are non-refundable.
REFUND POLICY:
You may return your product within 15 days of receiving your order. Refunds are applied to unused and full-priced items. Upon receipt of returned merchandise, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and are issued to the original form of payment method. All promotional and discounted products are non-refundable. Handmade from smooth tumbled leather in potter's clay in black trim and gussets, this piece is a one of a kind version of the Frank Clegg Aiden Travel Duffle. The interior is lined with our signature sunbrella and includes a full zipper pocket. The duffle closes with a solid brass zipper. This features a 4-layer all leather 5.5-inch drop handle and an adjustable/removable shoulder strap.
