Domestic Shipping:
We offer complimentary shipping via Federal Express on all orders over $150 within the United States. For orders less than $150, there is a flat-rate charge of $10. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs pertaining to returns and exchanges.

International Shipping:
We offer complimentary shipping via Federal Express on all orders over $250. International shipping costs for orders under $250 are calculated at checkout. Returns & Exchanges

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY:
You may return any full-priced Frank Clegg item within 15 days of the date you receive your order, provided the product is not used or worn in any way, and that you have contacted Frank Clegg for a return authorization. All sales of bespoke items including monogrammed products and exotic pieces are considered final. At our sole discretion, Frank Clegg reserves the right to refuse the return or exchange of any merchandise that does not meet the requirements set forth under the terms and conditions of the Returns & Exchanges policy. Please note that unless the return is the result of an error on our part, the original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable. Gifts may be returned in exchange for another item or a gift certificate in the amount of the gift item’s original purchase price. Gift certificates are non-refundable.

REFUND POLICY:
You may return your product within 15 days of receiving your order. Refunds are applied to unused and full-priced items. Upon receipt of returned merchandise, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and are issued to the original form of payment method. All promotional and discounted products are non-refundable. Craftsmanship

We take pride in what we do, and what we do is not always easy. We have strict guidelines that ensure our products are of exceptional quality and that no short cuts have been taken. This intricate process starts with the leather, closely examining each individual hide, making sure there are no imperfections. After the leather is cut, all edges are buffed, polished and painted by hand. When the product begins to come together, finer details such as stitching are inspected to ensure quality construction. Upon completion, we perform a final inspection to certify the Frank Clegg signature of approval.

American Alligator

Alligator leather is reptile skin that is composed of large overlapping scale made of keratin. This leather is considered to be one of the most precious leather available. It's unique scale pattern and durability makes it a great material for leather goods. We choose to use a matte finish for alligator which highlights its characteristics and delivers a more natural look to the leather. All the alligator we use has been sourced from a tannery that works directly with hunters to make sure the correct protocols have been followed in obtaining the skins. View Color Guide
