Shipping & Delivery

Domestic Shipping:
We offer complimentary shipping via Federal Express on all orders over $150 within the United States. For orders less than $150, there is a flat-rate charge of $10. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs pertaining to returns and exchanges.

International Shipping:
International orders of $250 or more qualify for free shipping. Please note, this does not include any duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery. All international orders are shipped via FedEx International, though we may use USPS when necessary. Customers are also responsible for any shipping costs related to returns or exchanges.

Returns & Exchanges

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY:
You may return any full-priced Frank Clegg item within 15 days of the date you receive your order, provided the product is not used or worn in any way, and that you have contacted Frank Clegg for a return authorization. All sales of bespoke items including monogrammed products and exotic pieces are considered final. At our sole discretion, Frank Clegg reserves the right to refuse the return or exchange of any merchandise that does not meet the requirements set forth under the terms and conditions of the Returns & Exchanges policy. Please note that unless the return is the result of an error on our part, the original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable. Gifts may be returned in exchange for another item or a gift certificate in the amount of the gift item’s original purchase price. Gift certificates are non-refundable.

REFUND POLICY:
You may return your product within 15 days of receiving your order. Refunds are applied to unused and full-priced items. Upon receipt of returned merchandise, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and are issued to the original form of payment method. All promotional and discounted products are non-refundable. An exchange or credit towards another purchase will be honored if the original item is unused.

To return or exchange an item, provided the product is not used or worn in any way, a return authorization is required. Securely pack the merchandise in its original box and packing materials, including the authorization form. Returns or exchanges received without properly completed documentation will be refused.

This notable yet casual version of our iconic English Briefcase was designed over 40 years ago as an alternative for the more informal professional and remains a true heirloom of craftsmanship to this very day. This hardworking business bag has a thoughtfully organized interior and hands-free optional strap. With its distinctive flap design and functioning buckles, this will undoubtedly be the talk of the office.

Craftsmanship

We take pride in what we do, and what we do is not always easy. We have strict guidelines that ensure our products are of exceptional quality and that no short cuts have been taken. This intricate process starts with the leather, closely examining each individual hide, making sure there are no imperfections. After the leather is cut, all edges are buffed, polished and painted by hand. When the product begins to come together, finer details such as stitching are inspected to ensure quality construction. Upon completion, we perform a final inspection to certify the Frank Clegg signature of approval.

Craftsmanship

Smooth Tumbled Leather

This leather is gently tumbled in rotating drums filled with vegetable extracts to give it a distinctively soft and relaxed hand, while at the same time remaining durable. This leather is also finished with polishable waxes that will patina, but due to its more natural grain, the aging process will take longer than the harness belting. And just like our belting leather, a light wax is applied during the finishing process for added surface protection. View Color Guide

Frank Clegg products are made-to-order by our skilled craftsmen at our workshop in Fall River, Massachusetts. Most bags require 5-7 weeks for production due to the nature of this process. Additionally, please note that we close for two weeks at the end of July and again at the end of December, which may cause production delays during those periods.

While we attempt to keep many items in stock, Frank Clegg cannot guarantee the immediate availability of all our products due to high demand.
